55 56 57 Chevy Delphi 600 Power Steering Conversion – Direct Fit: These gear boxes are created using the modern Delphi 600 Series gear box.
US designed and manufactured 600 power steering gear boxes are built to precise specifications and tolerances.
This box utilizes the latest in steering technology including a rack and pinion style servo with specifically tuned effort characteristics. The result is quick response, precise control, and smooth operation throughout the entire steering range. This produces excellent road feel and driver feedback! It also has better self centering characteristics vs the 605. This box comes with a 12.7:1 “Quick Ratio” standard. This direct bolt in box will clear headers better than the 605, mounts to your OE mounting pad and uses your stock pitman arm.
Choose rag joints below to adapt to your column. Stock column inner rod will need to be modified to work.
