NEW TCI 62-67 Nova Custom IFS Front End Suspension Kit:
Crossmember: NOT A MUSTANG 2!! Newly designed rectable tube frame clip with greater ground clearance at the cross member. The cross member is constructed of 3/16″ laser cut plate. All TIG welded throughout. Heavy 1.25″ gusted lower A-arm pins. PIns are 1 piece “through the frame” for increased strength. This new IFS system provides the suspension control only adjustable coil over shocks can offer. No more fixed springs and shocks! Wheel travel has been increased to 5.5″ offering a much more supple ride.
Tubular Control Arms: Heavy duty optomiozed length 1″ DOM steel welded/formed in house. Full width lower coil over plate mounts incorporate corrected spring/schock angles. US made ball large thread in ball joints w/urethane bushings installed. Optons include black powder coating and Stainless Steel along with RideTech Shockwaves.
Spindles: 2″ forged drop spindles standard, stock height available. CNC machined “in house” with tapered holes compatible with screw in heavy duty Mopar ball joints. Mounting points for a multitude of braking options along with bolt on drop steering arms. Geometry is improved for increased camber and castor gain.
